Hurrah, at last a kids hair accessory brand that isn’t all glitter and fairies. Lottie Nottie make (mostly) hair clips and bands for girls who aren’t obsessed by pink. Launched in 2011, the story goes like this: With a tomboy daughter, founder Charlotte found it hard to buy hair clips that weren’t the usual girlie fare, so she started to make her own. Other mums started asking her to make hair clips for their daughters and things snowballed, as they do.
They do a mean range in 50s style bows, and offer party bag deals, but what we are particularly digging is their Halloween range of clips including spiders, vampire bats and black cats.
